Do I need to be home during the clean?
Most of our recurring clients aren't. We set up secure entry by code, garage opener, or a hidden key arrangement, whatever works for you. Everything's locked up the same way on the way out.

What do I need to provide?
Nothing. We bring our own HEPA vacuum, microfibers, and plant-based supplies. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use instead, say a specific stone cleaner, just leave it on the counter.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry $2M commercial general liability, are bonded, and WSIB-covered. We're happy to send certificates on request.

What's the same-day re-clean guarantee?
If you find anything that wasn't cleaned to standard, message us within 24 hours and we'll come back the same or next business day at no charge. No questions, no excuses.
